Ryder is immediately hiring a permanent full time material handler in Goodyear, Arizona warehouse. Forklift operator/driver positions pay weekly plus hourly pay $22.00 per hour plus overtime pay $33.00 per hour plus multiple schedules available: all shifts are 6:00 am - 4:30 pm plus Wednesday - Saturday plus Monday - Tuesday & Friday - Saturday.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred plus one (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred plus valid forklift operator's license certified plus strong verbal and written communication skills plus ability to work independently and as a member of a team plus ability to be a team player and able to work within a diverse work environment plus able to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors) able to work within a diverse work environment plus highly thorough and dependable plus must be punctual and have a good attendance record plus performs work independently with minimal supervision plus possesses a high degree of initiative plus demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure plus ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs plus ability to stand for long periods of time plus ability to work using health and safety methods plus must be available to work on a flexible schedule on the various work shifts plus detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting plus performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract plus responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks plus responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.) plus provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production plus performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract plus performs other duties as assigned.
